How do I buy a plan?
Book a live demo or talk to sales. When you are ready, we email a Stripe payment link, or you can pay open invoices from Billing in your portal. There is no self-serve checkout on the website.
Are prices in AUD? Is GST included?
List prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST. GST is calculated and shown on Australian invoices and receipts.
What counts as a voice minute?
Connected talk time on calls your agents handle, rounded up to the next whole minute per call. Web chat, SMS, and email are included in the plan and are not sold as voice minutes.
What happens after I use my included minutes?
On Starter and Professional, additional minutes are billed at the published AUD rate (ex GST) for your plan. On the free trial, voice is hard-capped so you are never charged unexpectedly.
What is included in the free trial?
After a sales conversation we can provision a 14-day Starter-level trial with a 60-minute voice pool. CRM sync, PMS, SSO, and other Professional/Enterprise features stay gated until you are on a paid plan.
Can AI agents book appointments?
Yes, on Professional and Enterprise. You configure which providers the agent can book and how approvals work.
