We're excited to share some IntelliDent news: IntelliDent has been accepted into AWS Activate, receiving AWS Activate credits through the AWS for Startups program.
It's an important milestone for us, and for the Australian dental practices and DSOs we're building for.
About IntelliDent
IntelliDent is an AI-native practice management platform for dental clinics and dental service organisations (DSOs). At its centre is our AI voice receptionist, which answers patient calls and books, reschedules and cancels appointments, around the clock.
It works alongside our tools for patients, scheduling, communications and billing, all in one multi-clinic platform. Practices can also add AI chat on their website, automated reminder calls, recall and waitlist agents, with escalation rules that keep clinical and urgent matters with the dental team.
What is AWS Activate?
AWS Activate is Amazon Web Services' program for startups. It provides eligible startups with resources such as AWS credits, technical support and training to help them build and scale on AWS.

Patients call at all hours, and often several at once. AWS Activate helps us scale our AI voice and chat agents so they answer patient calls reliably, around the clock, including at the busy times when front desks need help most.
Strengthen security and privacy
Security and privacy matter most when you're handling patient data. This support helps us keep investing in the protections that Australian practices expect. IntelliDent's application data is hosted in Australian AWS regions, and we're transparent about the other providers we use, such as those for calls and AI replies, which are listed on our Subprocessors page.
